  • Customer Data: UTM templates, audit inputs, GTM/GA4 configuration files, and other content you provide.

  • Org Visibility: If you join an Organization, Org Admins may access activity and Customer Data you contribute.

  • Analytics & Cookies: We use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, error monitoring) and cookies to understand usage and improve features.

  • Support Data: emails, chat messages, or files you send to us.


3. How We Use Information

We process data to:

  • Provide and improve the Services.

  • Authenticate users and manage accounts.

  • Allow Org Admins to manage org-level activity and data.

  • Monitor usage, troubleshoot issues, and improve features using analytics.

  • Send service notices, updates, and (with consent) marketing messages.

  • Process billing and comply with legal obligations.


4. Sharing & Disclosure

We share information only as needed to operate the Services:

  • Service Providers: hosting, billing, analytics, email delivery, and error monitoring.

  • Integrations You Enable: GA4, BigQuery, or other third-party services you connect.

  • Org Admins: If you join an organization, Org Admins can view and manage your activity and contributions.

  • Legal & Safety: When required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We do not sell personal information.


5. Cookies & Tracking

  • We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and analytics.

  • You can manage cookie settings in your browser or through our consent banner (where implemented).

  • While we perform backups, we are not liable for loss, corruption, or recovery of Customer Data.

  • You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of important data.
