Feature access also follows your organization role. Starter teammates are organization administrators; Pro and Scale add role assignment. GA4 requires an active connection.
What happens after the trial?
New organizations start with 45 days of Scale, followed by 21 days of Pro. Without a paid subscription, your organization then moves to the free Starter plan. Trial access is temporary; Starter includes the capabilities shown above.
Do I need a credit card?
No card or payment information is required to create an account or use the trial. A paid plan requires payment through the existing Stripe checkout.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Manage your plan from Plan & Billing. Paid upgrades and monthly-to-annual changes take effect immediately, with prorated billing. Downgrades and annual-to-monthly changes take effect at the end of the current billing period. The existing billing flow confirms the change.
How does annual billing work?
Pro is charged $490 per year and Scale $990 per year. The monthly equivalents are $40.83 and $82.50; these are not monthly charges. Annual billing saves $98 on Pro or $198 on Scale compared with 12 monthly payments.
Which plans include bulk creation and templates?
Pro and Scale include bulk creation, reusable templates, and sharing with individual teammates. Scale also includes organization-wide template sharing.
Is GA4 validation included?
Yes, all three plans include GA4 validation with an active connection. Findings depend on the data returned by the connected property. Monthly validation reports go to organization administrators.
What happens to my existing data if I downgrade?
Your stored links, templates, shares, groups, preferences, and audit history are retained. Features outside the new plan are suspended; upgrading restores access to the retained records. Starter does not include template use.
